clk: socfpga: Fix memory leak in socfpga_gate_init()

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: clk: socfpga: Fix memory leak in socfpga_gate_init() Free @socfpga_clk and @ops on the error path to avoid memory leak issue.
