PGSQL:SubmitQuery.do in ZOHO ManageEngine OpManager 11.6, 11.5, and earlier allows remote administrators to bypass SQL query restrictions via a comment in the query to api/json/admin/SubmitQuery, as demonstrated by "INSERT/**/INTO."
